On the ground floor: Covered terrace on the west side, kitchen/dining room (wood-burning stove) opening onto the terrace to the east, which extends onto a large lawn, laundry room with sink and toilet. Large living room (wood-burning stove) and dining area. Upstairs, a landing leads to one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a shower, sink, and toilet; one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a shower, sink, and toilet; and another bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a cot, equipped with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. A small room can be used as an extra living room or bedroom with an extra bed (one single sofa bed). Heating is provided by a heat pump with air conditioning. To ensure an environmentally responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g., heating, electricity) may be billed at the end of your stay.

Neighborhood info

Latterie is located in the far south of the department, bordering the Périgord region. A castle once stood on the site; a hiking trail passes by the gîte, offering the opportunity to discover this rich local heritage (the Château de Montbrun is one of its gems). A spacious farmhouse houses both the owner's residence and the gîte. Renovations have prioritized the independence of each: access, grounds, and terraces are all private and completely separate. The owner allows free use of his swimming pool (8 x 4 m) from June to September. It can also be used by him or his children when they come to visit.
