Beautiful apartment of 50m2, ideal for professional travelers or tourists on trips. Private and secure parking in the basement. It consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom, bathroom, wc, bright living room and fitted kitchen with washer-dryer. All windows are double glazed with shutters. Free high speed WiFi access and connection to Netflix and Amazoneprime streaming services with your personal codes.
Welcome to Business Appart. I am a graphic designer and photographer, I travel most often for pleasure and sometimes for work. I am someone very careful, open to others. I live near the apartment I offer and I am at your disposal for any information.
The apartment is located in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and the Tourcoing town hall. The supermarket with shopping mall ST Christophe and less than 5 minutes on foot. Close to restaurants and a Basicfit gym is opposite the Town Hall. A fitness trail is set up on the banks of the Tourcoing canal for athletes and joggers.
