Please note that a prepayment of 25% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. In case of cancelation, this amount will be returned at least 30 days before the initial arrival date. Please note that a EUR 80 deposit for the end-of-stay cleaning fee will be required upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded if the accommodations is cleaned at departure. Swimming briefs only are permitted, swim shorts and other long swimsuits are forbidden in the swimming pool.
