Villa Casa Alena in Cervione, set between sea and mountains, offers stunning views of the sea, beaches, port, and Italian islands. Located in a peaceful natural setting just outside the village, the villa is 6 minutes from the beaches and a 10-minute walk from shops, restaurants, the cathedral, and museum. Set on a 15,000 m² forested property, you have access to hiking trails, waterfalls, and the mountains. Free on-site parking, with electric vehicle charging available for an extra fee. The villa has two accommodations, each with a private outdoor area and sea and island views: - Nucciola: a cozy 48 m² apartment for 2–4 guests, - Castagna: a 78 m² house for 4–6 guests (1st floor), with equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and balcony with sea view. Bed linen, towels, beach towels, and bikes are provided. Private spa available May to September. Maximum number of Pets: 1.
