The location is ideal for visiting the historic Doutre district and taking a walk around the Etang Saint-Nicolas and the Parc Balzac. Bus and tram services are nearby. All amenities are nearby. Quiet neighbourhood close to everything. Tv and Wifi. Bed linen and towels provided. You are 20 minutes from the city centre on foot and 5 minutes by public transport. Quick access to the CHU and Terra Botanica park.
