It includes : Ground floor: A beautiful, bright living room with a sitting and dining area. Access to a lovely terrace. A fully equipped and fitted open-plan kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine. Separate toilet. 1st floor: Bedroom 1: Very spacious room with a double bed and a single bed.
