Un emplacement unique au sein d une nature préservée dans le magnifique environnement du Golf Saint Thomas, de nombreuses installations de détente extérieures : piscine chauffée jacuzzi barbecue transats jeux d'enfants... le tout dans une parcelle avec forêt privative. La proximité immédiate du golf, et une situation proche à la fois des plages et d un arrière pays aux nombreux attraits touristiques (lacs, rivières, canoë, randonnées...)

Zone extrêmement riches d'intérêts culturels et touristiques divers : à mi chemin entre les villes de Beziers, célèbre pour son riche patrimoine gallo Romain, sa Feria estivale, et Pezenas, véritable ville musée offrant de nombreuses attractions culturelles et artistiques.
