Charming chalet in Maroilles quiet in the sumptuous green setting of a landscaped garden of 3000m² fully enclosed with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and private parking. The chalet is located 1.5 km from the village centre (many shops, restaurants and local producers). You will have the opportunity to practice many activities (horseback riding, bicycle, motorcycle, dancing, fishing, tennis, hiking (many GR passing at the foot of the property) or guided tour of the village to discover its history. Forest of Mormal at 5mn, ramparts and lake of Quesnoy at 15mn, Matisse museum at 20mn. Musverre in Sars-Poteries, eco-museum of textile life in Fourmies, eco-museum of glass work in Trélon, nautical leisure base in Lake Val Joly, lace museum in Caudry, zoo of Maubeuge or Gallo-Roman archaeological site of Bavay in 30 mn. So why not ?
