Chalet located in the heart of the resort of Chatel (74390) in Haute-Savoie. Our individual chalet has a capacity of 8 people. Covering an area of ​​90m2, it has 3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with bunk bed and 2 bathrooms, a living area with open kitchen and ski storage: ideal for family or group of friends. Very bright, facing south, it benefits from an unobstructed view of the valley allowing you to have a pleasant stay. It is located in a quiet residential area, it is ideally located to relax and enjoy the unobstructed view of the valley. The cottage includes: - On the ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, separate WC with washing machine, ski room. - On the ground floor: open fitted kitchen (dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge-freezer) with dining-living area, television, wifi, a bathroom with shower and toilet. - Upstairs: 2 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with bath and toilet. - Exterior: Balcony on the ground floor and upstairs, parking space for 4 cars Very nice view of the mountains, south-west facing balconies. On the outskirts, 1000m from the center of Chatel (10 min walk), bus stop 50m. Outdoor JACUZZI from October 2023
