Summer: 550 m from the riding center and 2 km from the leisure base (pool, ice rink, wellness). Level +2 (Main area - 52 m²): Fully equipped modern kitchen (induction, dishwasher, freezer), bright dining area and living room with large bay window opening onto a 26 m² west-facing terrace with large tables. Level +1 (Relaxation lounge - 40 m²): Second lounge with TV and Wifi, ideal for movie nights. Sleeping Arrangements (Flexible Capacity) Four spacious bedrooms on level +1: Bedroom 1 (14 m²): 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds (ideal for children/teens). Bedroom 2 (18 m²): 3 single beds. Bedrooms 3 (10.5 m²) & 4 (10 m²): 1 double bed each. Living room: 1 BZ sofa bed. Duvet bedding provided. Bathrooms & Practicalities 1 shower room and 1 bathroom (corner bathtub) with WC. 2 separate toilets. Laundry room: Washing machine and dryer. Outdoors: South-facing balcony (8 m²).
