The spacious 70 m² self-contained ground-floor apartment offers complete privacy and is ideal for couples, families, or friends looking to enjoy the mountains in every season. During the winter months, both the main road and the private access road are cleared of snow daily, making access straightforward throughout the ski season. Chalet Le Doux Si is ideally located for exploring some of the best ski areas in the French Alps. Doucy-Combelouvière ski resort is just a 2 km drive away, with roads that are regularly cleared throughout the winter. From Doucy-Combelouvière, you can take the chairlift into the Le Grand Domaine ski area, offering 165 km of interconnected pistes linking Valmorel, Doucy-Combelouvière, Saint-François-Longchamp, and Celliers. Alternatively, Valmorel village is only 10km away by car, providing another convenient access point to Le Grand Domaine. For even more skiing, the world-renowned Les 3 Vallées ski area is just a 30-minute drive away via the gondola in Brides-les-Bains, giving access to over 600 km of pistes, including the famous resorts of Méribel, Courchevel, Les Menuires, and Val Thorens. If you're looking to relax after a day on the slopes, La Léchère-les-Bains is just a short drive away and is renowned for its thermal spa and wellness centre. For everyday shopping, supermarkets and local services are available in Aigueblanche, while a wider selection of shops, restaurants, and amenities can be found in Moûtiers and Albertville.
