Located just steps from Cabourg in Dives-sur-Mer, Normandy, this guest room enjoys an ideal setting near the Caen Memorial and the D-Day beaches. Spanning 50 m² in a charming early 1900s family home, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. There are two bright bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a queen-size bed, plus a modern bathroom reserved exclusively for your use. The first bedroom features a desk, wardrobe, and private TV. The second offers a wardrobe, small closet, and bookshelf. High-speed Wi-Fi and two bicycles are provided for you to explore the area. Outside, relax in the large private garden or on the shared open terrace, furnished with seating, dining table, and loungers. A trampoline, as well as shared toys and books for children, create a family-friendly atmosphere. Free street parking is available and public transport is nearby (Dives/Cabourg train station or bus). Events are not permitted. Tennis courts and golf are a 15-minute walk away. Please note, the kitchen is not accessible during your stay. The beach is easy to reach: 15–20 minutes on foot, 8 minutes by bike, or 5 minutes by car. Shops nearby include a bakery, pizzeria, restaurants, and a tobacconist within walking distance. The renowned Dives-sur-Mer market takes place Saturday mornings under the 12th-century hall, just 5 minutes away on foot, and Cabourg’s market is 10 minutes away on Wednesdays and Sundays.
