Property info

A house dating back to 1520, the first house in the hamlet, entirely renovated, decorated with a definite modern touch. Very calm.

Neighborhood info

At the crossing of 2 natural parcs (Parc des Ecrins and Parc du Queyras), in the beautiful Southern Alps. Close to ski resorts of Vars and Risoul and to the small town of Guillestre as well as the fortified village of Mont Dauphin. Ideally located for hiking in summer, swimming in the small lake of Eygliers ("le plan d'eau d'Eygliers"), rafting on the Guil or the Durance river, cycling on the cols of the tour de France or mountain biking. In winter there's skiing in Vars and Risoul and cross country skiing or snow shoe hiking in the Queyras. To get to us: Nearest airport is Marseille at 2,5 hours from our house. TGV station in Aix-en-Provence, 2 hours from our house, or the night train from Paris that stops at the railway station of Mont Dauphin / Guillestren 5 minutes by car from our house.
