The property is situated in a quiet road which ends in fields and woods. The house is an ancient mill house on the river Lay, renovated to provide bedrooms with en suite facilities, retaining its original charm.
It is five minutes walk to the town centre, where there are two bars, two restaurants, banks, post office, and takeaways. There is a supermarket 1.5km away and there are lots of places to walk and bike. We are 30 minutes drive from the lovely Vendee coast and Les Sables D'Olonne, a golf course and La Roche Sur Yon. Puy Du Fou and La Rochelle are an hours drive away.
