Enjoy the peace and quiet of the French countryside, delicious homemade meals, and delightful outings in the surrounding area. We offer comfortable Vincent van Gogh–themed rooms, featuring extra-long boxspring beds, a private bathroom, and views of the garden. In our authentic dining room, you can enjoy a generous breakfast or relax with a book or a puzzle. In good weather, meals are served on the terrace. We are conveniently located just 15 minutes from the A20 motorway. Pets are very welcome — please let us know in advance if you are bringing your four-legged friend. Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do! Enjoy the tranquillity of the French Countryside. Rooms open onto the garden.
Max’s dream that became reality… He loves spending time in the kitchen, where he prepares delicious dishes with local ingredients for the table d’hôtes. He also enjoys working in the garden, and during quieter periods, you’ll often find him on the golf course. Christine is the creative mind behind it all. She takes care of the atmosphere in the rooms, loves decorating, and enjoys chatting with guests. As a hobby, she creates handmade cards and keeps a scrapbook about the region. In the 1990s, she completed a degree in tourism. Max and Christine are originally from the Netherlands and warmly welcome you.
Very quiet location just outside the village. The village is known for its beautiful little castle with garden. In a very peaceful location just outside the village. The village is known for its pretty little castle and gardens. Other charming villages in the area include Levroux and Valençay, or you could visit the larger town of Châteauroux. Within an hour’s drive are Beauval Zoo, the châteaux of Cheverny, Chenonceau and Chambord, or spend a day visiting Azay-le-Ferron, with its small château and beautiful nature reserve. Brochures about the local area are available in our dining room.
