The property offers exceptional views of the cliff "Aval", the Aiguille hollow and the beach. The park of 4000 m² wooded maritime pines with its garden furniture, its terraces is a haven of peace just above the beach and the city center, accessible in a few minutes by a private path. Backed by the gardens of Etretat, the house is 50 m. from the vantage point of the cliff Amont, starting point of the hikes. Free parking is available.
