You have to leave your room card at the front desk your room card each time you go out, which we will give you back when you return. Our reception is opened 24 hours a day.

For hygiene purposes, we have to clean your room every day.

Public parking is available at an extra cost and is located 100 metres from the property.

In order to guarantee your booking, we took a pre-authorisation. Your credit card is not debited; this amount is just blocked and will be unblocked when you check out, depending on your bank contract.

Be aware that we do not accept any payment by the internet. You need to bring with you a valid credit card, we will debit from our bank terminal when you check in.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 30 per day.

Please note that the property can accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg and a maximum height of 50 cm.

Please note that pets may not be left alone in the room without their owners present.

Please note that pets must be discreet (no growling or barking) while waiting for noises in the corridor to avoid disturbing customers and endangering staff. *In the event of damage, a fee may be charged.

Please note that for group bookings, a non refundable prepayment of the full amount is required.

Payment should be made via bank transfer within 48 hours.
