Are you coming for a mission, to visit, to see family? Are you looking for a place to spend a few days in our region? This charming, comfortable studio is what you need. On one level, it will seduce you with its practicality and its location. The hospital at 500m, a supermarket at 300m from the accommodation and also a laundry area. There is also the Modern cinema nearby, the fitness room, bars and restaurants. The studio is equipped with Fiber.

Anthony 32 years old, Dad of 2 children. Wanting to invest in an apartment in the region, I was able to find 2 apartments in Saint Amand Montrond in 2022. After 6 months of work, the first is available. We assume that it will be suitable for you travelers who will pass through our city.
