Built from 1564, surrounded by cultivated fields and forests, Château de Romécourt is a place steeped in over four centuries of history. This fortified 16th-century residence is listed as a Historic Monument in France. Four corner turrets, one of which has been replaced by a castle chapel, mark the entrances. Visitors enter through the Porte d’Allemagne into a vast central courtyard and exit through the Porte de France for a stroll in the English-style park. The chapel and park can be visited upon request. Located in the heart of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park, within the Land of the Ponds (Moselle), it is the ideal spot, away from main roads, for a multi-day retreat in fully renovated accommodations.
