Our newly renovated barn and extension provide stylish Bed and Breakfast accommodation for up to 11 people, with all bedrooms rooms having pivate shower-rooms. There is a large first floor salon area for guests to share, with a cathedral ceiling revealing the original oak beams. Dual aspect windows give lovely views over the pool, lake and surrounding countryside. Comfy sofas, soft lighting and a log burner make this a lovely space to relax in at the end of the day in all seasons. A library of books and games are located in the entrance to the Salon, along with and large selection of local tourist information and maps. Outside there are 2 hectares of grounds with a stunning pool area and lake, which provide a calm haven for total relaxation. There are terraces, seating areas and hammocks spread out around the lake and gardens, ideal for reading, painting or fishing. Our private lake is well stocked with carp and roach. Fishing rods, equipment and bait are available for hire exclusively for our guests, but must be reserved at the time of booking. The beautiful pool with its wooden deck gives an infinity style view over the lake below. Towels for swimming are provided free of charge.

James and Sam Parry with their Sons Will and Ben, first came to Corrèze for a summer holiday in 2007. After one trip out on his bike, James a road cycling aficionado, was so enthusiastic about the cycling here that a seed of an idea was planted. In 2008 the family relocated to France from their home in Surrey, plunged into life in Rural France and embarked on a 'grand design' style adventure which resulted in the opening of Correze Cycling Holidays and Chambres d'hotes in April 2011. The following year they won the Coup de Coeur award for innovation in tourism awarded by the Conseil General of Corrèze. Sam, formally an interior designer and a keen chef, was in her element project managing the build and experimenting with the fantastic local produce. Her Potager, now in its eighth season, provides a lot of quality home grown produce for the kitchen, including many edible flowers. Sam became involved with the local school PTA, becoming president beacuse she didn't understand the question. In 2014 she was elected as a local councillor and works on the Finance and Tourism comissions. She also drives the local school bus.

The Guesthouse is close to Chateau Sedieres with its cultural activites and VTT centre. We are also close to Gimel les Cascades, the Dordogne River at Argentat, Tulle & ideally situated for keen walkers and cyclists.
