House of 80m2 without any steps, garage adjoining the house, private courtyard, set back from the street for absolute calm, you have an awning, free wifi, a TV in the living room and another in a bedroom Storage closet in the bedrooms Underfloor heating Shops nearby: bakery, grocery store, butcher, brewery House adapted for people with reduced mobility j'ai aménagé ce logement comme pour recevoir des proches. mon souhait que vous passiez un séjour confortable j'espère que vous vous sentirez ici comme chez vous, et que vous aurez envie de revenir découvrir la région. vous appréciez le calme du village et ses promenades en bord de marne les commerces, restaurants et domaines viticoles à proximité permettent de profiter pleinement de la région sans long trajet
I am Delphine the owner of the cottage Chez Delphine, this house that my aunt had built with whom I was very close, I inherited it in 2009. This house still lives thanks to you my hosts... This cottage is not my main activity, I am a shopkeeper in the ready to wear in Epernay (7 kms from Damery) the capital of champagne my shop is called Le Coin des Pipelettes I like contact with people, making them happy, serving them.
Damery is a village nestled in the heart of the champagne vineyards. To begin with, I invite you to walk on the greenway along the river called the Marne. Do not hesitate to stop at one of the many local wineries to enjoy an authentic glass of champagne and learn more about the production process. Whether you are passionate about history, a wine lover or a nature lover, the surroundings are enough to seduce you.
