(no private kitchen or any equipment in the rooms, except fans) breakfast is provided , its a buffet type, free access in the kitchen. supermarket, pharmacy and bus stop are only 5min walk, the beach is only 10 min; harbor and tramway 15min walk *** +++ *** +++ *** IMPORTANT *** +++ *** +++ please note, this in NOT a hotel, you are booking for rooms in a family apartment, meaning you will share the common spaces (kitchen, living and dining room) with other guests **** THERE IS NO PRIVATE KITCHEN... all amenities will be shared with other guests **** ... there are only 2 bathrooms, they will be privatized for each of the bedrooms, so , only 2 rooms are available at the same time, unless you book for 4 or 6 people (same family or close friends, and then, ok to share the bathroom with them) the "fantastic view" is only seen from the living room... the room 1 and 2 only have a partial sea view (to the north) and the room 3 only has a garden/forest view Please also note the parking space is not a garage, just an open parking lot in front of the building, which needs booking in advance on "first come first serve basis" ... the Boron hill (mont Boron) is one of the best spots in Nice, the view is really breathtaking (please read the reviews...) , the nearby parc and forest will allows great strolls with terrific sight seeing upon the angel bay and villefranche's bay the b&b clairbois residence is on the slope of the Mont Boron hill, east side of Nice, this up hill location, first gives you an incredible view on the surrounding area, from the mediterranean sea to the southern Alpes mountain, it also allows the flat to be "eco friendly" and don't need any air conditioning, as a gentle breeze constantly flows up hill and down hill...fans are provided in all bedroom. the nearby buses allow you to reach easily downtown ,beaches, Monaco, Menton, and even Italy
