The villas with 5 bedrooms 10/12 people are composed with 2 bedrooms with a kingsize bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 twinbeds, and 1 bed room on a mezzanine open to the living room, either with a kingsize bed nor 2 twin beds and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. All villas feature a terrace, a private pool, a fully equipped kitchen and living area and at least 2 bathrooms. Please note that a 30% deposit will be required at the reservation. The remaining amount will be due 30 days before the arrival. Possibility to rent a cot, only if the total number of people does not exceed the maximum capacity, the baby being considered as a person.
