All cooking essentials are provided. A welcome kit with tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits is offered. -> A living room with a sofa, coffee table, and TV! WiFi available. -> Sofa bed in the living room for one person. -> Property equipped with air conditioning! -> A separate toilet. -> A bathroom with shower, bathtub, and mirror. A bathroom kit is provided including soap, shower gel, and shampoo. -> Two bedrooms: the first with 2 single beds (90x190 cm), the second with a double bed (160x200 cm). *** Outdoors *** -> Private area with a garden table and a lawn space for fun! *** ALL bed linen as well as bath and toilet towels are included in the price – no extra charge! *** -> Free parking spaces in front of the house. *** A key box is available for fully independent check-in. *** -> Check-in from 5:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. -> Pets are not allowed. -> A security deposit will be requested a few days before your arrival, depending on the booking platform.
