Nestled in the heart of Labaroche, at the foot of the Vosges mountains and close to major tourist attractions. Surrounded by a vast terrace overlooking the Alsace plain, the house is bordered by a stream. An enchanting setting for your summer evenings, and magical in winter when snow covers the surrounding meadows. This cosy house, built with eco-friendly materials, is inspired by Polish homes. Tastefully decorated, the Datchas Lodges harmoniously blend characterful furnishings with objects found during our escapades. A barbecue is available in the garden for summer evenings. Sun loungers and parasols are available. Close to the region's major tourist attractions, it's the ideal starting point for exploring typical Alsatian villages, hiking trails and wineries. Reconnect with nature in a setting combining history, charm and tradition.
As keen travellers and adventure lovers, my husband and I found this Datcha on a trip to Poland. We immediately fell in love! We decorated it with objects from all over the world, from our travels, to make it an extraordinary place! We still feel at home here, so you just have to see for yourself!
The Datchas Lodges in Labaroche, nestled at an altitude of 750 meters, offer a peaceful setting surrounded by forests and mountains. Perfect for recharging your batteries, they are close to hiking trails and ski resorts such as Lac Blanc (20 min) and La Bresse (45 min). In summer, outdoor activities such as hiking and mountain biking abound, while in winter, the snow transforms the region into a winter sports paradise. Nearby Kaysersberg and Colmar offer shops, restaurants and wineries, while Munster and Strasbourg add a cultural touch with their historical and gastronomic heritage. The Datchas Lodges thus combine nature, relaxation and discovery, between the authenticity of Alsatian villages and the pleasures of the mountains, summer and winter alike. The village of Labaroche has a number of small local shops, including a bakery, a grocery store and traditional restaurants where you can sample the local cuisine.
