The EU has introduced a new digital border Entry/Exit system (EES), changing requirements for Non-EU nationals travelling to countries in the Schengen Area, including France (“Specified Countries”). Non-EU nationals, unless exempt, need to create a digital record on their visit to the Specified Countries upon arrival at the external borders of the Schengen Area and are required to submit their fingerprints and have their photo or other biometric data required by the relevant authorities taken at dedicated booths. This may result in increased wait times at the point of arrival and departure. Refusal to provide the required biometric data may result in denied entry into the Specified Countries. All participants in the booking must comply with internal regulations in force at Disneyland® Paris and all instructions or notices set forth on the DisneylandParis.com website or in any other document issued by Disneyland® Paris.

Euro Disney is responsible for the proper performance of the services booked and shall provide appropriate assistance if guests are in difficulty. Please note that complaints must be raised on-site with the concerned service provider. Complaints that cannot be resolved on-site must be transferred to Booking.com or Euro Disney via their official guest communication email address. If no satisfactory solution is found within 60 days, you may refer your case to the French Travel Mediator (MTV).

Where Euro Disney is required to indemnify you, compensation will be limited to three times the amount of the booking, except for personal injury and damage caused intentionally or out of negligence.

No booking for unsupervised guests under 18. Check-in requires a person aged 18 or older.

The personal information that Booking.com provides to Euro Disney in relation to your booking is processed to manage your booking and provide you with the services requested. It may also be used to protect your vital interests and those of your party if necessary, comply with Euro Disney’s legal obligations or defend its rights, and fulfil its legitimate interests such as services development and improvement, business analytics or fraud prevention and detection of illegal activities. For non-French citizens, their personal information may be used for the purpose of filling in the registration form that is legally required when checking in hotel guests from abroad.
