I, myself, love and I am passionate about my job. I appreciate the variety of culture and I am always interested in new perspective and life style. I am also passionate about food and adore cooking. My signature is spices... All my receipies and menus are made with fresh and seasonal vegetable accommodate with different spices which is always a great experience for everyone and of course clients palets. I have a good hear on all request. My devise is: There is no problems always solutions. I offer to my client a dinner service from 6:30 pm to 8:00 or later If needed.

If you, like us, enjoy the French country side life, then come and join us at "la gaucherie" located in the loir et Cher, center of France. Woodland meets wild open fields. There is more flora and fauna per acre than anywhere in France. La Gaucherie offers beautiful bedrooms well equipped with quality bedding. There is on the property a heated swimming pool that the owners shares, swings, lake 5 acres for our fisher man or just for family fun time The whole domain represent about 36 acres estate. It is an ideal area for the whole family and all ages.

The domain is located in the loir valley, land of castles. You will find the most famous one such as: Chambord, Cheverny, Amboise, the house of Leonardo da Vinci, great flower garden such as the Chaumont' s garden and much more. We also have one of the most beautiful zoo in the world name: Zoo de beauval La Gaucherie is also right in the center of France which is in the middle of their long journey for those who are traveling south. A great stop overnight for reenergizing your batteries and visiting castles.
