The Vendôme region is the starting point for a visit to the châteaux of the Loire. Your stay will take place in a peaceful and rural atmosphere and you will be welcomed by a couple of hosts in all conviviality, as "at home". La Vaudourière was the hunting lodge of Alfred de Musset's grandfather, here and there you will find some references to the poet. To date we offer you : A gîte La Malibran which can accommodate 10 people A gîte Mimi Pinson which can accommodate 8 people The gîtes are classified 4 * by Gîtes de France Tourisme vert 2 guest rooms located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the Manor 1 gîte La Ferme which can accommodate 4 people The castles of Amboise and Tours are 50 minutes away. And if you prefer to take advantage of the setting of La Vaudourière, you will also be delighted: swimming pools (1 covered and 1 open in season), tennis court, hiking trail at the foot of the Manor.

Nearby Vendôme is a town of Art and History. Montoire sur Loir located 10 minutes away offers a charming market to stock up on local products.
