Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Saint-Palais, the ground floor flat of this charming house where you can stay, of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 24 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you will be able to enjoy a garden with trees of about 2 000 m² and a terrace. Wifi, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 24 m² with TV, sofa and dining area. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, extractor fan, electric kettle, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker... - A 16 m² bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet. Please note that the first floor of this house is occupied, so you will only have access to the ground floor and outside. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
