Property info

Charming duplex on second floor without elevator of an elegant private residence, ideally set near the historic town centre of Compiègne. Close to the castle, hippodrome, equestrian complex, and big international events (Paris-Roubaix cycle race, Paris 2024 Olympics, Masters de Feu - famous pyrotechnic competition). It will be quick and easy go walk or bike around to visit Compiègne. Free public parking in front of the accommodation. Easy access (15 minutes walking) to the train station and public transport services for a day in Paris or Disneyland... Totally independent duplex, completely renovated on the second floor without lift of a former private mansion, designed to comfortably accommodate 8 travellers. The 2 large bedrooms are equipped with 2 beds each (160 x 200 and 140 x 200), with dressing room, making a total of 4 large beds. The fully equipped kitchen and the dining area are designed for 8 people. The relaxation area is equipped with several books and board games. Quiet and bright, this duplex is conducive to teleworking (fiber internet), rest, and moments with friends or family. For your safety, exterior access is under video surveillance.
