Located on the Plateau-des-Petites-Roches in the Chartreuse park, this 130 m² duplex welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, including a master suite, and offers 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dedicated workspace, and a private barbecue. The apartment features step-free access, a wood-burning stove (wood provided), and stunning mountain views. Outdoors, relax in your private garden, on the terrace, or on one of two private balconies. The shared heated pool is open from June to September, weather permitting, and is shared with the hosts, but you’ll often have it to yourselves. Parking includes 2 shared onsite spaces and 1 garage space. There is a shared electric car charging station. Shared ski and bike storage, and public transport nearby. Events are not allowed. The hosts live in a nearby house. Local shops and restaurants are in the village; supermarkets are 15 minutes away, Grenoble is 25 minutes away. There are many hiking and mountain biking trails to explore, and the area is also ideal for cycling. Guided caving through the Dent de Crolles, and tandem or training paragliding flights at Saint Hilaire du Touvet are available.
