It is our flat "Coté Mer" which is a continuity, where we will be delighted to welcome you. We want everyone to be able to discover and enjoy Narbonne and Gruissan with its beaches. To obtain our best rates, we can of course be contacted by telephone or via our website. NOTE: As we are not a hotel, opening and preparing our flat for you just for one night... is a real effort on our part. We are one of the few alternatives to hotel rooms in Gruissan. Even if linen is not provided because of the sanitary conditions, it is still a great opportunity to have a flat by the sea for just one night. Your recognition in the ratings has encouraged us to offer you our flat on an overnight basis for the time being.

Arrivals after 20:00 are not possible. We do not have key boxes. Keys are handed over in person in Gruissan (imperatively) at 14.00 and departure at 12.00. The Côté Mer flat has a flat-screen TV, a loggia balcony, a lounge area with a sofa bed (140cm) and a Bluetooth hi-fi system. The kitchen area is equipped with a top fridge, microwave and hob. The bathroom has an 80x80 shower, WC and hairdryer. The rate shown is per night, plus agency commission. Neighborhood info

Our flat is located 900 metres from the first beach, 1500 metres from the heart of the village, 500 metres from the Casino and only 300 metres from all shops including food shops ... and of course less than 10 minutes from Narbonne. Unlike many of the furnished flats on offer, it is not situated at the end of a dark cul-de-sac or on the ground floor overlooking a car park... The flat benefits from a prime location in Gruissan rated 9/10 with a view of the marina, its yachts and its main quay.
