The house features 4 private suites of 20 sqm, carefully arranged to offer comfort, privacy and a genuine local experience. Each suite includes: a private bathroom (WC and high-end walk-in shower), a cosy sleeping area with a quality Queen Size sofa bed, smart TV, Wi-Fi, a private dining area with a compact kitchenette (for simple meal preparation), and a south-facing balcony/terrace with outdoor table and panoramic views of the Basque mountains (La Rhune, Artzamendi, Three Crowns). Depending on their position within the house, the suites offer different perspectives: the lower level benefits from an elevated position, while the upper-floor suites enjoy an even more dominant view of the mountains. Upper-level suites may be requested at the time of booking, subject to availability. The suites are located within our main residence and are designed to offer complete independence: each suite is fully private and circulation areas are organised to preserve everyone’s privacy. The entrance hall simply provides access to the private areas. The only potentially shared spaces are the landscaped garden, the terrace with infinity mirror pool, and the equipped laundry room. Your host lives on site, in a strictly private area, and remains available with discretion and care. Privileged location (car recommended): less than 3 minutes from Arbonne and Ahetze; around 10 minutes from the beaches of Bidart (Uhabia, Erretegia), Bidart, Guéthary and the airport; approximately 6 minutes from Biarritz train station; about 15 minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Bayonne. The suite is fully equipped for an enjoyable and independent stay, while also giving you access to the shared areas of the house. We are committed to providing a peaceful atmosphere and offering you a unique experience. Please note, however, that the house is newly built and some of the outdoor features are not yet fully completed (such as gravel on the parking area and the final rendering on some low walls). As we are just beginning our rental activity in this house, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding any minor details that may have been overlooked.
