Company info

The guest house has been welcoming guests since 2019 and offers five accommodation units. The rooms are located within a private home, providing a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast is included in the price of the stay. Set in a particularly peaceful environment, the property offers an ideal setting in which to relax and fully enjoy your holiday. All rooms are air-conditioned to ensure optimal comfort, especially during the summer months. Guests can also enjoy a heated swimming pool, available from May to September. Free outdoor parking is provided immediately next to the property, making it easy to park throughout the stay. A restaurant is open during the summer season. From September to June, a table d’hôtes dinner service is available, allowing guests to dine directly at the property in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

You will receive a warm welcome in our guest house and enjoy a pleasant stay in one of our five accommodation units. Each room has been decorated and furnished in a modern, minimalist style to provide comfort, peace and relaxation. Four rooms are located on the first floor, while the cottage is situated at the far end of the garden. With its five accommodation units, the property is suitable for individual travellers, families and small groups wishing to stay together in the same place.

Neighborhood info

The property is located in a very quiet residential area of Marseillan, at the end of a long cul-de-sac. This location offers a peaceful setting, away from traffic and the busiest tourist areas. The sea and beaches are approximately two kilometres away. However, due to the layout of the neighbourhood and the length of the cul-de-sac, a car is required to reach them. Free outdoor parking is available immediately next to the property. Marseillan town centre and harbour can also be reached within a few minutes by car. Guests particularly enjoy the terraces, shops, fish and seafood restaurants, as well as visiting the Maison Noilly Prat. Nearby, the Étang de Thau offers beautiful scenery and many opportunities to taste oysters and shellfish directly from local producers. Sète, Pézenas, Cap d’Agde and several typical villages in the Hérault region are also easily accessible. The area offers a wide range of activities, including local markets, walks, cycling, boat trips, water sports and days at the beach.
