Beautiful Bright 3 star rated studio, 30m ² on the 1st floor (with lift) of a secure residence with guard and intercom. The apartment has been completely refurbished with care and with quality products. It includes: -A main room of about 20m ² (laminate floor) with sea view (side view on the beach and face on departures/arrivals of ferries) equipped with a bed 140x190 with duvet 2, 40x2,60, a wardrobe, a 2-seater sofa, a table and 3 Armchairs, a flat screen HDTV with DVD player. -an independent and equipped kitchen. -A bathroom with shower, vanity, mirror, toilet, radiator towel-dryer. -Vestibule with storage area (washing machine, table and iron, vacuum cleaner,...). The kitchen, the bathroom and the vestibule are tiled. Electric heating, double-glazed windows, electric water heater. Free WIFI access. Discount rates for long stays. Bed linen and towels provided at no extra charge. Household included in the price of the rental. Free parking space.

A friendly Couple who like to welcome holidaymakers to share the many advantages of the region regardless of the interests of the people and allow a successful stay. Conscious of the wellbeing of our holidaymakers, the comfort and cleanliness of our studio are certainly a mark of respect of our clientele.
