We are the Diouf’s family, a small, joyful, curious tribe, full of energy, passionate about sports and eager for adventure. Yannick, a true lover of the mountains, turned his passion into a profession: instructor and director of a ski school, he knew how to pass on his love of skiing to our children, Tom and Ina who, in turn, share this connection unique with nature and the pleasure of hitting the slopes. Our life is not limited to the mountains. We have also enthusiastically adopted the spirit of van life. This freedom to explore new horizons, to experience each trip as a new adventure, and to meet inspiring people around the world. Each of our journeys is an invitation to explore, to reconnect with what is essential, and to marvel together. From these passions was born the desire to share our love for our region, Alsace, with those who dream of escape and conviviality. We have thus created a warm gîte, renovated with care and taste, where every detail is thought of with love. Sélestat is ideally located between Colmar (25 km) and Strasbourg (50 km), in the center of Alsace… Around you will find many typically Alsatian villages (Ribeauville, Riquewihr, Kaysersberg, Eguisheim...) and the Château du Haut Koenigsbourg. And it is located just 45 km from the sumptuous EuropaPark amusement park, voted one of the most beautiful leisure parks in the world. The boatmen's district offers a quiet setting while being only 150m from the Sainte Foy church and 400m from the historic center with the Humanist Library. You will find many shops and restaurants there.
