We live next door and can help with local tourist information, booking restaurants, tickets, etc and we can arrange a chauffeur service to and from airports/train stations as well as guided tours of the area.
The property was bought by my French grandfather, the cartoonist Marijc (friend of Hergé). I have inherited his artistic traits and have filled our gite with my contemporary paintings and I have paintings of the local area for sale.
Our village has an Abbey and a Chateau to visit nearby. In the middle of France's largest beech tree forest, there are many walks and cycle rides from our front door. A bus goes from our village to Rouen which has connecting buses and trains to Paris. We are also ideally situated for day trips to Monet’s garden in Giverny, Dieppe, Honfleur, Parc St Paul or Paris.
