Property info

On the ground floor you will find the lounge and kitchen, which open onto the entire room. A bathroom with wc on the ground floor. On the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms and a suite overlooking the courtyard. There is a bathroom and washing machine at the top of the stairs. You will find access to the grounds at the rear of the house from the ground floor lounge via an airlock equipped with seating for relaxing. The grounds are enclosed with a terrace and a BBQ for enjoying the evenings.

Neighborhood info

A stone's throw from the town center, a supermarket and a bakery, at the end of a courtyard close to restaurants, you'll have free parking in front of the house and the possibility of parking a car in the lot at the rear of the property.
