Lovely self-catering, fully furnished 2 bedroom duplex holiday home to rent on Lake Geneva, 70 metres - 2 mins walk to Excenevex small beach. Yvoire is just 2.5 kms away! Sleeps up to 5 ( 2 bedrooms, plus additional mattress (not futon - only option to select) on request) , ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy the beauty of this area. Centre of Excenevex, near bakery and mini-market. We include all bed linen and towels (inc beach towels) within the price. We are on a D road, so there is a little traffic at times.

La plage d’Excenevex est l’unique plage naturelle de sable fin de la rive française du Léman. Son cadre est enchanteur : une pente douce, des eaux peu profondes qui avoisinent les 25°C tout l’été et une vue incomparable sur la Dent d’Oche et la côte Suisse.
