Ideally located in front of the beach and its sunsets, the view is superb !! Direct access to the beach. 2 balconies: -the beach to the west -the pine forest to the east, a fully equipped kitchen, lots of activities on site. The apartment is perfectly equipped, the living room is very bright and pleasant. The master bedroom is spacious and the bed 180x200 format. You can leave your vehicle all week in the closed parking lot of the condominium, there is a bicycle garage if necessary. Cycle paths leave from the building and go either to the center, or to Seignosse or Capbreton and its marina. Surfing, golf are at your disposal.
Hello, I will be delighted to meet you in my small apartment, I love it !! I take care of it and I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do. I like spending time there, I like having a drink with friends in the evening on the balcony watching the sun going down, I often walk around the lake with all its beautiful houses, I cycle on the cycle paths which go from Bayonne and go up all along the coast (the tracks pass at the bottom of the apartment), golf (for me) and surfing (for my children), we always find there a lot of pleasure. Do not hesitate, come and enjoy !!
Apartment by the sea, you have the beach at the bottom of the building, and therefore movement constantly, but the closed parking allows you to park your vehicle for the week. The central beach is 300 m away, with its cafes and restaurants. Surfing and coastal rescue club nearby, all sea sports but also land sports. And nature is so beautiful in our area, beautiful walks in the Landes forest, the Basque country not very far, and the food is excellent.
