Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 40 m² air-conditioned flat in Lumio, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a sleeping area, a bathroom and a 25 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics) included. The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Sleeping area: double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 25 m² terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs, as well as an outdoor lounge to enjoy the warm weather. Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fiber optics). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). During the summer months, a small beach train runs between Calvi and Île Rousse, making multiple stops along the beaches.
