Please note that the city tax is payable upon arrival.

Bed linen are not provided for reservations without meals included, but can be rented for free at the following additional costs:

- EUR 15 per week for a double bed;

- EUR 12 per week for a single bed;

- 9 EUR for bathroom linen (one large towel, one small towel and one bath mat).

Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 49 per pet per stay and a security deposit of €250 per accommodation, payable upon arrival. Only one pet per accommodation is permitted. Pets are not allowed in the dining room, must be kept on a leash, and remain the responsibility of their owner. For safety reasons, dogs classified category 1 or 2 cannot be accommodated.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
