The house is located in a calm neighbourhood of the town of Beaune, less than 10 minutes by foot from the very centre of Beaune. You can easily walk to everything Beaune has to offer. The street parking is free of charge and one can easily find parking. It is a safe environnement. Only one street away you can rent bikes and you can park them inside the walled private garden. The garden is 4 times bigger than the house, it is surrounded by high walls ( 2,20m) and it is very lush and green and very private. Private Gardens are very rare in Beaune. The house is a stone house, renovated in 2019, it is beautiful, confortable and design. You have an entire equipped kitchen ( large oven), vast lounge, a large bedroom with King Size Bed ( white coton and linen sheets, fluffy towels) TV in the bedroom, Large Windows ( with wooden shutters ), Ensuite Stone Bathroom, a Wood Fire Place for cold Winter Months, outside terrace with table and chairs, BBQ and deck chairs and fixed Daikin AirConditioner / reverse heater to cool the house during the rare heatwaves. Upon booking you will receive the Welcome Booklet with clear information about Check-In, Parking Options ( Free street parking), House Manuel, Shopping Guide and Restaurant Recommendations.
