In a peaceful setting, in the heart of the Forêts National Park, between Champagne and Burgundy, this contemporary wood and aluminum cottage welcomes you to a protected natural environment. Spread over two floors, the ground floor offers a beautiful open-plan living area with polished concrete floors, including a living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to a large wooden terrace. A bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete this level. Upstairs, a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together offers comfort and natural light. Heating is provided by a high-efficiency pellet stove. A cot and high chair are available upon request. Parking is easy thanks to a large shared parking area, and the two-hectare grounds offer lovely spaces for relaxation. Four other cottages on the property can accommodate up to 25 people in total. The former train station, located nearby, houses a reception area with toilets, a shared laundry room (washing machine and dryer), and the caretaker's quarters. For your leisure, a basketball hoop and volleyball net are available on site. A large common room, equipped with a kitchenette (oven, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave), can be made available for group stays. The cottage is offered on an all-inclusive basis: bed linens, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating, and electricity are included. Pets are welcome.
