A traditional house located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park; it shares a wall with the owners' home but remains private and secluded, set in a quiet, peaceful environment. The holiday home features, on the raised ground floor: a living area with a fireplace insert; a lounge equipped with two sofas, TV, free Wi-Fi, DVD player, and radio/CD player; a fully equipped fitted kitchen; and a separate toilet. Five steps lead up to a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, an en-suite shower room, and a complete baby setup (wooden cot, dresser, changing table, baby bath, high chair, and stroller). Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 110x200 cm bed and two bunk beds (90x190 cm), a second bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed, a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, and a separate toilet. Situated at the edge of the forest, the property offers an ideal setting for birdwatching and observing wildlife. Its fully enclosed garden boasts an unobstructed view of the Morvan hills. A separate cabin with a 140x200 cm bed is available for rent at an additional cost. Located just 12 km from Avallon and 15 km from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Vézelay, the house is close to the Morvan lakes, the Cure River (fishing, canoeing), the châteaux of Chastellux and Bazoches, and an outdoor activity center offering treetop adventure courses, caving, and other nature-based activities. Hiking, mountain biking, and cultural sightseeing round out the region's offerings. Bed linen (beds made upon arrival), towels, kitchen linens, end-of-stay cleaning, and firewood are included.
