Fully and sympathetically restored detached 19th century family house. Partly fenced garden (2,000 sq.m.) with trees. Beamed ceilings. Ground floor: kitchen, living room (sofa bed), WC, shower room. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed) (2 double beds). Bed linen & towels provided. Private parking. Oil-fired central heating (extra charge). Outdoor furniture, vegetable garden available. Only 1 pet allowed. In central Nivernais with footpaths and forests all around, perfect for walks & cycle trips (3 adult bikes, 2 child bikes available). Fishing in communal lake or river. Hunting possible in season. Nearby: Arthel, Montenoison, Compierre, Vézelay, Morvan lakes (Les Settons and Pannecière-Chaumard), Tannay vineyards. Even closer: Vaux and Baye lakes, departure point for eco-friendly barge trips on the Canal du Nivernais.
