Located 1h30 south of Paris, we are about 2 minutes away from Auxerre's Old Town. Our place has been completely renovated like new, in a modern and minimalist style. It has two comfortable bedrooms with garden view (no doors on either one) a fully equipped kitchen, all in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Our Gîte is ideal for cultural-touristic visits or for the many sport activities Auxerre and its region has to offer. For those that look for professional or extended stays, the monthly rate can appy or can be negotiable.

Upon arrival in Auxerre look for the Stadiums as we are near by - follow AJA signs. Not to miss the St Etienne Cathedral of Auxerre, a pure jewel of Gothic architecture and the Auxerre's St Germain Abbey. Should you want to work out while in Auxerre, there are so much to choose from within a mile, tennis courts, the Nautical Club and its 7 pools, Canoe, numerous bike paths, the "Coulée verte", and for the soccer fans you'll have the AJA We highly recommend the "Arbre sec" park behind the house for beautiful riverside walks among flowery landscapes, ducks, swans and sailing boats.
