New house of 70 m2 1 km from the beach. View of Quiberville's famous old fountain. 300 meters from the multi-service bar-tobacco-grocery store in the village. Comfortable house with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. In summer you have at your disposal a communal area with petanque court, swimming pool and playground for children. The residence is located on a very quiet street, isolated from the street with free parking. You can use the terrace and the lawn for your outdoor activities and barbecues. The house, furniture, bedding are new and of good quality. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and gives access to 2 km of coastline. All the elements are there to spend a pleasant vacation
