Check-in

All guests must complete the check-in process to gain access to the property. Without check-in, you will not receive the keys and will not be eligible for a refund.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €300 is required to gain access to the property.

Occupancy

Parties are prohibited (any gathering exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed in the property)

Smoking

The apartment is strictly non-smoking, which includes e-cigarettes and hookahs.

If evidence of smoking is found and there is a strong smell of tobacco in the apartment, we reserve the right to charge an additional €100 for cleaning and laundry if cigarette odors or traces are detected.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

If we find you with a pet, we will ask you to leave the premises immediately. No refund may be requested or obtained.

Check-out

Upon check-out, the dishes must be washed or, at the very least, placed in the dishwasher.

Check-out time is 12:00 PM and must be observed, as we have a cleaning crew scheduled to arrive after you leave. If you exceed this time, we may charge you for the late check-out option applicable to the property.

Noise

To ensure everyone can live in harmony—including the two vacation rental apartments, our neighbors, and ourselves—we ask that you refrain from making noise between midnight and 8 a.m.

For this reason, the hot tub is available from 8 a.m. to midnight.

Visitors

Any person visiting the guests must be registered in advance; failure to do so will result in a €50 penalty in addition to the overnight stay fee and tourist taxes if the person stays overnight.

We reserve the right to charge an additional €100 for housekeeping and laundry if unregistered guests spend the night in the accommodation.

Security

In the event of non-compliance with these rules, we reserve the right to intervene (or call the police) immediately to put an end to the disturbance, as we live on-site.

The parking lot and the apartment entrances are under video surveillance.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
