The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 3-star holiday cottage for rent, located in the peaceful Hauts-de-France region in Chassemy, in the Soissons, Laon, Reims triangle, at the gateway to Champagne and about 1.5 hours from Paris and Disneyland. On the ground floor - A fully equipped kitchen - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area - A bathroom (with shower) and toilet - A sauna (for 2 people) for year-round relaxation Upstairs - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190) - A mezzanine sleeping area with a double sofa bed Outside - A private semi-enclosed garden of around 120 m² with patio furniture and barbecue - A jacuzzi for 4 people, 2 m in diameter, available from 1 May to 31 August. (Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions). A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels provided - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets not allowed - The courtyard is shared by guests - It is strictly forbidden to charge electric vehicles using the sockets in the accommodation.
